Heard, Mr.N.A.Sadique, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sreenivasulu, the learned counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 2 to 4.

With consent of the learned counsel on either side, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for disposal. 3.The grievance of the petitioner in this case is that the petitioner is a retired Indian Army man and as an Exserviceman and as an Army Pensioner, he deserves to avail all public concessions and assistances allowed by the Government of India under the scheme of Ex-Serviceman category. The petitioner has approached the fourth respondent -bank with a request to extend their assistance to him in granting personal loan by submitting an application on the eve of his daughter's marriage. But, the fourth respondent has refused to sanction the above loan assistances to the petitioner by referring some ''Remarks'' of CIBIL. In this regard, the petitioner made a representation dated 04.06.2018 to the fourth respondent. Since, the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has came forward to file the present writ petition before this Court seeking for a direction to the respondent to dispose of his representation dated 04.06.2018.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and after going through the materials placed on record, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation dated 04.06.2018, directs the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.06.2018 and dispose of the same in accordance with law and on merits, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner within a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
