The petitioner seeks issuance of letters of administration in respect of last Will and testament executed by one Shanta Devi Singhvi on 01.12.2016.

2. The petitioner has examined himself as P.W.1. He has produced the Death Certificate of Shanta Devi Singhvi who died on 13.02.2017, which has been marked as Ex.P1 and the Will as Ex.P2. Photocopy of the Death Certificate of H.Mahaveer Chand Singhvi, who is the paternal uncle of the petitioner, has been marked as Ex.P4. The Death Certificate of Poonam Chand who is the father of the deceased M. Shanta Devi Singhvi has been marked as Ex.P5. The petitioner has also produced the Death Certificate of Ugam Devi who is the mother of the deceased Shanta Devi Singhvi as Ex.P6. The petitioner has also examined one Shri Rajendar Kumar Jain as P.W.2. The said P.W.2, who is the relative of the attestor of the Will has deposed about the execution of the Will of the testatrix. He had identified the signature of the attesting witnesses, Sanjay Kumar Sharma and that of the testatrix. Publications have also been effected as required under law and no objections have been received. http://www.judis.nic.in

3. In view of the said evidence, I find that the petitioner has proved the execution of the last Will and Testament and is entitled to letters of administration with the copy of the Will annexed. Petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-.
