No.34 of 2006 dated 29.11.2007 on the file of District Munsif, Nannilam and the consequent decree and judgment passed in A.S. No.3 of 2008 dated 25.06.2008 on the file of Sub-Judge, Thiruvarur in the encumbrance column pertaining to the petitioner's lands in all measuring 1 acre 93 cents comprised in Survey Nos.56/2 and 58/4 situated at Kunthalur Village, Kudavasal Taluk, Thiruvarur District.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the concerned authorities with all the documents related to disposal of case and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
