ORDER
Mr.J.Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 5, Mr.V.Anandhamurthy, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3 and Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the fourth respondent. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.07.2018. 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 05.07.2018 to the respondents, seeking cancellation of Sale Deeds bearing Document Nos.6809/2011 dated 24.11.2011 and 6902/2011, dated 28.11.2011, registered by the Sub Registrar, Vadavalli. Finding no response on the said representation, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. The learned respective counsels appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent concerned would consider the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent concerned to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any other interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
