Prayer :- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of 3rd Respondent in his proceedings in Ni.Ma.No 1/2006 dated 3.09.2018 and quash the same and further direct the 3rd respondent to give effect to the order of eviction passed by 1st respondent in his proceedings P.T.No 246/2001 dated 17.11.2004 with in a stipulated period. ORDER

The writ of mandamus has been instituted to direct the 3rd respondent to give effect to the order of eviction passed by 1st respondent in his proceedings P.T.No 246/2001 dated 17.11.2004 with in a stipulated period.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, made a submission that the encroachers were evicted from the subject property and the said property had already been handed over to the petitioner trustee. 2/4

3. Since, the grievances of the petitioner has been redressed, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
