The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to issue legal heir certificate to the petitioner by considering his application dated 04.09.2018.
2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent fairly submitted that the required legal heir certificate would be issued to the petitioner, if he produces all the relevant documents.
3. The above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader is hereby recorded. The respondent is directed to consider the claim of the petitioner on the basis of his application dated 04.09.2018, after affording a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner to produce the required documents and on such filing, the same be considered, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such documents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
