ORDER

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by K.K.SASIDHARAN J.) The petitioner has filed the writ petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 to 7 to take further action pursuant to the letter issued by the 5th respondent to the 7th respondent in Na.KA.nO.6614/2015/BA2 dated 28.04.2015 with respect to illegal construction in New Survey No.14/6B27 old Survey No.93/6A2 Acharapattu Village, Aakksampattu Panchayat.

The learned counsel for the 8th respondent produced a copy of the sanctioned plan and the building licence. In view of the documents produced by the learned counsel for the 8th respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner made an endorsement indicating that he is withdrawing the writ petition, with liberty to approach the appropriate forum. 3.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
