Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petitions filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents namely, The District Collector of Krishnagiri, The District Welfare Officer of Backward and Minority community Krishnagiri The Tahsildar, Bargur Taluk, Krishnagiri to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 08.03.2018 and take action to provide a road from the house sites in S.No.727/2E1 to reach the main road in Vennampalli Village, bargur Taluk, Krishnagiri District within a time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

By consent of both parties, this Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioners have come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider their representation dated 08.03.2018 to take action to provide a road from their house sites in S.No.727/2E1 to reach the main road situated at Vennampalli Village, Bargur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.
3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioners have submitted a representation dated 08.03.2018 requesting to take action to provide a road enabling them to reach the main road from their house sites alloted to them, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. Heard Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the cases and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 08.03.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
