2. Though notice was served on the respondent on 14.11.2018,
none appears on behalf of the respondent. Hence, the learned counsel for the applicant drawn panel of Arbitrators. The panel of Arbitrators is as follows: i) Mr.Justice K.Govindarajan (Retired) ii)Mr.Justice N.V.Balasubramanian (Retired) iii)Mrs.Justice Chitra Venkataraman (Retired)
3. This Court is inclined to convince that there is an Arbitration Clause.
4. Thus, I appoint Hon'ble Mr.Justice K.Govindarajan (Retired), New No.8, Old no.5, Justice Ramanujam Road, Malaviya Avenue, Shastri Nagar, Chennai - 41, Mobile: 9444403403, as the Sole Arbitrator to enter upon the reference and after issuing notice to the parties and upon hearing them, pass an award as expeditiously as possible within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the order. The learned Arbitrator is at liberty to fix his remuneration as well as schedule of expenses which shall be borne by both parties equally. The proceedings may be conducted under the aegis of the Madras High Court Arbitration Centre and in accordance with the Madras High Court Arbitration Rules. 14.12.2018 bkn
