It is seen from the docket order that on 19.08.2020, none appeared for the petitioner and this matter was directed to be listed on 14.12.2020. This matter is listed today (ie., 20.01.2021), when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case. Therefore, this Court is inclined to dismiss the Civil Revision Petition for default. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
