(Order of the Court was made by T.S.Sivagnanam, J.) This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 02.09.2015 passed in W.P.No.16509 of 2012.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) has produced a copy of the notification dated 07.08.2019 publishing the cut off date in the Gazette of 3.The said submission is placed on record and the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
