O R D E R

The suit is filed for recovery of money. The issue as to whether the presence of evidence of Sub Treasury Officer is required for giving evidence to substantiate the details of the emergence of symbol of Indian Rupee is not warranted. Such a ground can very well be established through other witnesses and other documentary and oral witness and presence of Sub Treasury Officer to give evidence with regard to this fact, is not warranted. As such, I do not find any infirmity in the order passed by the trial Court. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
