O R D E R

This Court by order dated 25.01.2019 referred the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Center of Madras High Court, Chennai to explore the possibilities of settling the matter amicably between the

parties. Pursuant to the said reference, the matter has been taken up by the Mediation Center and pursuant to the best efforts taken by the Mediation Center compromise have been reached and the matter has been settled amicably between the parties and in this regard a Joint Memo of Compromise dated 12.03.2019 duly signed by both the petitioner as well as the respondent and the respective counsel, has been entered into and the same has been filed before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and both the parties submitted that, in view of the Compromise Memo, since the matter has been settled, the same can be recorded and accordingly, this petition can be disposed of.

3. Considering the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for both sides and taking into account the Compromise Memo filed by both parties and by recording the contents of the Joint Compromise Memo dated 12.03.2019, this petition is disposed of strictly in terms of the said Compromise Memo. 25.03.2019 smi
