O R D E R

This Crl Original petition has been filed, praying for modification of the bail condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.4796 of 2018 dated 29.08.2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.

2. The lower Court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5 p.m., for a period of 30 days and all further hearings without fail. The present petition has been filed for modification of the said condition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor(crl.side) appearing for the State.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

5. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4796 of 2018 dated 29.08.2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 30 days and all further hearings without fail.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
