When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner was transferred from Muthurangam Government Arts College, Vellore to Arignar Anna Government Arts College, Villupuram. He would further submit that since the petitioner has been transferred within a week's time, the salary for 53 days medical leave https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ availed by the petitioner would be paid.
