ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to receive the petitioner's application for issuing fitness certificate to the Auto Rickshaw.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that earlier fitness certificate granted to the Auto Rishaw expired on 20.02.2017. Due to some financial problem, he was not able to get the original R.C.Book, in the said circumstances, he was not able to obtain a fitness certificate. Now, the petitioner's approached the respondent and filed application for fitness certificate, which was not received by the respondent. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that, the petitioner can file the application along with late fees and on filing such application, it will be considered by the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the said circumstances, the petitioner is directed to file necessary application before the respondent along with the prescribed fees within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on filing such application, the respondent is directed to consider the same and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 2 weeks thereafter.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of . No costs.
