This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in crime No.228 of 2018 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as against the petitioner. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the case has been registered in Crime No.228 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 506(i) IPC against the petitioner. After investigation, the respondent police closed the F.I.R as mistake of fact and notice has also been sent on 19.11.2022. Recording the abovesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
