Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of e-auction sale dated 20.03.2018 conducted by 1st and 2nd respondents in respect of Plot No.61, measuring an extent of 2400 sq. ft. together with a building thereon in the Ground Floor, comprised in Survey No.722/1A, as per Patta No.3542, New Survey No.722/1A1A1B, situated at Thirumullaivoyil Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District and quash the same with direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to handover all original document in respect of above said property to the petitioner.
