This Contempt Petition is filed by complaining that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.2486 of 2018 dated 05.02.2018 has not been complied with.

2. This Court while disposing the above said writ petition, has directed the second respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for further hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the Appellate Authority has already passed an order on 31.10.2018 in the appeal. She has also produced a copy of the same.

4. If the petitioner is aggrieved against the said order, it is open to her to challenge the same before appropriate authority.

Granting such liberty, this contempt petition is closed.
