O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the notice issued by the fifth respondent society calling for the General Body Meeting on 28.09.2018.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents.

3. According to the petitioner, the fifth respondent wants to shift the society building to some other place by calling for the General Body Meeting. Now it is being used for weekly market and other temple purpose, by which, the society will be greatly prejudiced.

4. It is only a notice calling for the General Body Meeting and the petitioner, being the member of the society, has any grievance, can very well participate in the General Body Meeting and raise his objection. Even if any resolution is passed, and the petitioner has any grievance over the same, it is always open to him to approach the concerned authority against such resolution, and the petitioner cannot challenge the notice calling for General Body Meeting.
