This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the F.I.R in Cr.No.39 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same. 2.The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed in C.S.No.31 of 2018, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Puducherry, on 05.09.2018.
