ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, both the petitioner/accused and the respondent/complainant are present along with

their respective counsels before this Court and filed a joint compromise memo, duly signed by both the parties and their respective counsels.

2. The joint compromise memo, dated 03.06.2024 is recorded and the terms of Joint Compromise Memo shall form part of this Order. The Judgment and orders dated 31.08.2018 in Crl.A.No.84 of 2018 passed by the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Erode is set aside and the accused is acquitted from the charges framed against him. The bail bonds, if any, shall stand cancelled. The Criminal Revision is disposed of as per the terms of Compromise Memo. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
