...Respondents
Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed Under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Subordinate Court at Ponneri to dispose of HMOP.No.235 of 2015 within a stipulated period of time.
For Petitioner : Mr.Chitramani.P.A
O R D E R
The limited prayer sought for by the petitioner is that the HMOP filed by the petitioner in the year 2015 has been kept pending for the past three years.
2. On a perusal of the "A" Diary extracts, it is seen that the counter has already been filed in main original petition and as such, it would be appropriate to direct the trial Court to dispose of the main petition within the stipulated time. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents also, when such an order is passed.
3. In the light of the above observations, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Ponneri to dispose of the HMOP.No.235 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
