2. Pursuant to the statutory notice dated 02.11.2018, the respondent herein viz., Mrs.S.Vemparasi, The Inspector of Police, Kariyapattinam Police Station, Nagapattinam is personally present before this Court today.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions, submitted that the charge sheet has been lodged and taken on file in C.C.No.160 of 2018 dated 28.11.2018.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the Contempt petition stands closed.
