O R D E R

By consent of both parties, the Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the third respondent to dispose of his representation dated 11.12.2017.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 11.12.2017 seeking to effect necessary changes in the Patta by removing the name of 5th respondent and to include the name of the petitioner with respect to 72 cents of land comprised in Survey No.162 of Kovilpadhagai Village, Thiruvallur District, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the third respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Heard Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.P.Wilson, learned counsel appearing for M/s.A.S.Kailasam & Associates for the fifth respondent.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the fifth respondent and also affording due an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the fifth respondent herein as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
