This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 24 of Code of Civil Procedure to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.313 of 2018 pending on the file of Subordinate Court, Tambaram and to transfer the same to Family Court, Vellore for joint trial along with H.M.O.P.No.222 of 2018.
2. Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent make a submission that he has no objection for transferring the petition mentioned case to the file of Family Court, Vellore. In this regard, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent also made an endorsement in the petition.

3. In view of the above endorsement, the transfer civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The case in H.M.O.P.No.313 of 2018 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of Subordinate Court, Tambaram and ordered to be transferred to the file of Family Court, Vellore. The Subordinate Judge, Tambaram is directed to transmit the case records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.313 of 2018 to Family Court, Vellore, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such records, the Presiding Officer of the Family Court, Vellore is directed to dispose the case H.M.O.P.No.313 of 2018 along with H.M.O.P.No.222 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
