This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Chidambaram, Cuddalore District to dispose the case in C.C.No.17 of 2018. 2.It is seen that FIR has been registered in Crime No.04 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 498(A) 506(1) of IPC and Section 4 of The Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.17 of 2018. 3.Considering the nature of relief sought, this Court directs the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Chidambaram, Cuddalore District to dispose the case in C.C.No.17 of 2018 on it's file within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
