a) Directing the defendants to pay jointly and severally a sum of Rs.25,01,000/- toward pre assessed liquidated damages & loss of salary by illegaly stopping the shooting sequence of the plaintiff. b) To declare the notice dated 16.09.2018 issued by the 1st defendant as null and void.
c) Permanent injunction restraining the defendants, their servants, agents, attorneys, or any other persons claiming through them or acting on behalf of them from interfering with the professional work of the plaintiffs in working with other regional feature films including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and other Indian languages.
d) Directing the defendants to pay the costs of this suit. For Plaintiff : M/s. S.Karthikei Balan & S. Shivram For Defendants : Mr.S.Senthilnathan
