O R D E R
This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the docket order passed in I.A.No.109 of 2018 in O.S.No.85 of 2007 dated 12.04.2018 on the file of the learned II-Additional District Judge, Salem.
2. This Civil Revision Petition was listed "for admission" on 24.10.2018 and at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was adjourned to 01.11.2018. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner did not take any steps to list the matter "for admission". Thereafter, it is listed today.
3. Thus, this Civil Revision Petition is pending for the past 3 years without even ordering notice for admission. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter and as such, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Civil Revision Petition after 3 years.
4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. However, the suit is of the year 2007, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit 3/5
within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
