Petition filed under Section 439(2) of Cr.P.C., seeking to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to respondents/ respondents passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.20749 of 2015 order dated 18.08.2015 with fine to the respondents/ respondents and pass necessary orders by committing the respondents to custody for the false allegation made against petitioner/ petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26025 of 2015 FIR quash petition, for cheated this Hon'ble Court for the past 3 years by wasting the precious time of this Hon'ble Court and for tamper with evidence or witness at the time trial.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to cancel the anticipatory bail granted by this Court to the respondents 1 to 3 vide order dated 18.08.2015 in Crl.O.P.No.20749 of 2015. 2.After some arguments, the petitioner appearing as party - in - person requested this Court that liberty may be granted to her to file a complaint before the respondent Police and on such liberty being given, a direction may be given to the respondent Police for taking action on the complaint that is to be filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and also the submissions of the learned Government Advocate.

4.In view of the limited request now made by the petitioner/ party - in - person, the petitioner is permitted to lodge a complaint before the fourth respondent Police. On such complaint being lodged, the fourth respondent Police shall take action on the same and proceed in accordance with law if any cognizable offence is made out.

5.With the above observation, this criminal original petition is closed.
