ORDER
[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the father of the detenue viz., Sindhu aged 19 years, sought production of her daughter.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent.
3. The detenue/daughter of the petitioner as also petitioner are present before this Court. The detenue informs https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
that she had returned to the parental home and she confirms that she is now under the care and custody of the petitioner.
4. Recording such position, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
