O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file charge sheet within a stipulated time in Crime No.211 of 2018 dated 26.04.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.211 of 2018 on 26.04.2018 under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 448 and 506(1) IPC. While so, the de facto complainant has filed the present petition with the above prayer.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court cannot issue a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation within a time bound manner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

However, the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.211 of 2018 expeditiously and either file a Charge Sheet or a Closure Report as the case may be under due intimation to the de facto complainant, provided there is no any other legal impediment.
