Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11255 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.13206 of 2018 dated 29.08.2018 to the effect that the petition is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed on 29.08.2018.[CRL.MP.NO.13999 OF 2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of MR.DHARANI FOR M/S.SARATH KUMAR Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this court in Crl.M.P.No.11255 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.13206 of 2018 dated 29.08.2018.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is facing life threat and that the condition may be modified and that he may be permitted to appear before any other police station other than the respondent police station.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is pending.

Taking into consideration the submissions made by the counsel on either side, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11255 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.13206 of 2018 dated 29.08.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Perambalur Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
