2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 5/ defendants 1 to 5 submitted that the respondents 1 to 5 have no objection in allowing the present application.

3. Having regard to the averments made in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is of the view that the proposed party is also necessary for the proper adjudication. Accordingly, this application is ordered.

4. The learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the plaint. Post the matter on 08.11.2019.
