Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of mandamus to the First respondent to direct the necessary authorities to issue the legal heir certificate of the petitioner's deceased father late P.K.Govindarajulu duly including the petitioner's and his sibling's name in the certificate.

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the necessary authorities to issue legal heir certificate for the petitioner's deceased father viz.,late P.K.Govindarajulu.

2. It is stated that though the petitioner's father died as early as on 06.09.1968, necessity to get the legal heir certificate has arisen recently for the legal heirs of such deceased person. Therefore, the petitioner has made an application before the third respondent on 30.01.2018.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the request of the petitioner will be considered by the third respondent and appropriate orders will be passed on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other legal heirs. 1/4 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, by directing the third respondent to consider the request of the petitioner for issuing legal heir certificate and after conducting due enquiry, pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
