The petitioners have filed this petition seeking to call for the records in C.C.No.378/2018, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirupur and quash the same as against the petitioners/accused nos.1 to 5 herein.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of the Criminal Original petition, the matter was ended in compromise between the parties and therefore, this petition may be closed and the petitioner may be permitted to file appropriate affidavit before the Trial for closure of the case.

3. Recording the above statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, as the matter has been ended amicably between the parties and no further 2/2
