PRAYER in all W.Ps.: Writ Petitions filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 17.09.2018, 18.09.2018 and 17.09.2018, respectively, to renew the Kutti Kulam and Kuthalam Pillai Kulam, Samban Kulam and Adachani Periyakulam, respectively, lease period for 5 years as per G.O.Ms.No.332 Animal Husbandry and Fisheries (FS-IV) Department dated 17.11.1993.

2. The petitioners have come up with these Writ Petitions seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider their representations dated 17.09.2018, 18.09.2018 and 17.09.2018, respectively.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners have submitted representations dated 17.09.2018, 18.09.2018 and 17.09.2018, respectively, seeking to renew the lease period for 5 years with respect to the Kutti Kulam and Kuthalam Pillai Kulam, Samban Kulam and Adachani Periyakulam, respectively, as per G.O.Ms.No.332 Animal Husbandry and Fisheries (FS-IV) Department dated 17.11.1993, but, the same are yet to be disposed of by the respondents. Hence, the petitioners are before this Court.

4. Heard Ms.S.Esairani Narasimman, learned counsel on behalf of the petitioners and Mr.V.Shanmugasundar, learned Special Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the cases and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 17.09.2018, 18.09.2018 and 17.09.2018, respectively and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioners and the persons interested in this regard and also affording them an opportunity of personal hearing, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
