PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to produce the person and body of the petitioner husband Mr.Chinna Gounder, aged about 34 years, son of Markandan, resident of No.1/107, Gandhi Nagar, Varattampatty Village, Kathirpuram (Post), Bannihalli Firka, Krishnagiri Taluk and District before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith from the illegal custody of the respondents 3 to 6 herein. O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.Sathyanarayanan,J.] Mr.C.Iyyapparaj, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State has brought to the knowledge of this Court that a settlement has been reached between the petitioner and her husband / detenu in the Mediation Centre attached to Krishnagiri District and also produced the Settlement Agreement dated 01.11.2018, before this Court, which is also taken on file and recorded.

2. In the light of the above, no further adjudication is required in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
