The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition with the same cause of action, since by inadvertently, the second and third respondents in this writ petition were given up.

2. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to file fresh writ petition by adding those respondents once again. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Granting such liberty, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
