This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file Charge Sheet in Crime No.4 of 2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.4 of 2018 on 19.03.2018 under Section 376, 417, 420 and 506(1) IPC r/w Sections 6 and 5(l) POCSO Act, 2012. While so, the de facto complainant has filed the present petition with the above prayer.

4.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate submitted that investigation is almost completed and if three months time is granted, the Police will file the Final Report before the concerned Court. 5.Recording the submission, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.4 of 2018 within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a Charge Sheet or a Closure Report as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant, provided there is no any legal impediment. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
