WMP.No.29742 of 2018 has been filed to grant an order of interim injunction restraining the respondents from granting fresh lease in favour of any other person in respect of the fishing right in Kullurchandai reservoir, whereas WMP.No.29745 of 2018 has been filed to grant an order of interim direction to the respondents permitting the petitioner / M/s.Sree Bannari Amman Agencies, to continue the fishing activity in the said reservoir. 2.Since the relief sought in WP.No.6035 of 2018, which is relating to payment of 5th year lease amount and permitting the petitioner to carry on the fishing activity for the rest of the lease period, has become infructuous, nothing survives for further adjudication in the aforesaid writ miscellaneous petitions and hence, the same stand closed.

3.In view of the above, WMP.No.1753 of 2020 filed by the Government department to condone the delay of 67 days in filing the petition to review the interim order dated 03.10.2019 passed in 1/3

WMP.No.27292 of 2019 in WP.No.25588 of 2018 granting fishing right to the lessee/ Sree Bannari Amman Agencies for the actual period of one year from 08.02.2019 to 07.02.2020, stands closed. Consequently, the review application is rejected at SR stage itself.
