Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned Letter No.Na.Ka.5586/2018/AES 2, dated 02.04.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent, Department of Agriculture on the file of the second respondent and quash the same in so far as the same is contrary to the claim of the petitioner and consequently direct the respondent to pay the entire balance service/terminal benefits as demanded by the petitioner along with interest and pay a sum of Rs.6,03,108/- towards the 1/5

retrenchment/service benefit along with future interest with calculation details.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.No.5920 of 2018 and batch dated 07.03.2025, wherein, this Court did not find any merit in the case of the petitioners, thereby, dismissed the writ petitions.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that since the petitioners are similarly placed persons, the same order would apply in all respect to the case of the petitioners.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the similar batch of writ petitions were dismissed by this Court on 07.03.2025 and thus, the present writ petition is also liable to be dismissed.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and for the reasons alike as stated in the order dated 07.03.2025 in W.P.No.5920 of 2018 and batch, this Court is of the view that since, the petitioners are similarly placed, to that of the petitioners in the aforesaid writ petitions, the decision rendered therein would apply mutatis mutandis to the case of the petitioners herein.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed in terms of the order dated 07.03.2025 in W.P.No.5920 of 2018 etc., and batch. No costs.
