6 BALASUBRAMANIAM Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of injunction restraining the respondents from interfering with the properties more fully described in the schedule properties, subject matter in O.S.No.225 of 2013 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, (in CMP.17640/2018) pending disposal of the appeal 186/2017 and;

(Xerox Copy Attached in Schedule of Property) (ii) to stay the operation of Clauses c to e of the judgment and decree dated 02.02.2017 passed in O.S.No.225 of 2013 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Court, Tiriuppur, (in CMP.No.7774/2017) pending disposal of the appeal 186/2017 respectively.

for 1st respondent in both the petitions and MR.A.PERUMAL RAJU Advocate for 2 & 3 respondents in both the petitions and MR.N.MANOJIN Advocate for 6th respondent in both the petitions the court made the following order:-

ORDER

This Court, by order dated 05.10.2018, referred the matter for mediation. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner/ appellant, the respondents did not appear before the Mediation Centre. 2.On 23.06.2017, interim stay was granted. Thereafter, an order was passed in both these petitions, on 05.10.2018 to maintain status quo to facilitate negotiation, after referring the matter for mediation. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till this date.

3.Interim order of status quo granted on 05.10.2018 is made absolute and accordingly these petitions are ordered. -sd/- 06/08/2020 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar ( Statistics / C.S. ) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
