JUDGMENT
Learned counsel for the appellants states that in the light of the order passed in C.R.P.(NPD)No.3046 of 2018, he is willing to go back to the trial Court after the 1/3
remand and he is no more aggrieved by the order of the remand passed by the Court. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. Permission is granted. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
