ORDER

The limited prayer sought for in the present petition is to expedite the proceedings in O.S.No. 152 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif at Ambattur.

2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the suit was initiated in the year 2013 and though the matter was listed in the special list on 01.04.2017 and on 03.12.2016, there is not much progress.

3. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this petition, without going into the merits of the proceedings, the learned District Munsif, Ambattur, is called upon to expedite proceedings in O.S.No. 152 of 2013 and shall endeavour to complete the same atleast within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observations, the Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No costs.
