O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioners.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.Today, Mr.S.Sivagnanam, SSI, ALGSC, Krishnagiri District is present before this Court. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate submitted that on the complaint given by one Sarojmmal, petition enquiry is pending in SP current paper C.No.114 of 2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In such view of the matter, the petitioners are directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioners shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioners against arrest.
