2. This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 310 days in filing the above Second Appeal.

3. Sufficient reasons have been set out in paragraph-5 of the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Therefore, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

4.Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order.
