Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed Under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.202 of 2014 within a time frame. For Petitioner : Mr.Sankarappan.R

O R D E R

The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the suit which came to be initiated in the year 2014 has been kept pending for a very long time. Since the petitioner is a senior citizen, she seeks for a direction to expedite the trial.

2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the defendants therein have been set ex-parte earlier and subsequently on 06.04.2018, the ex-parte decree came to be set aside and written statement has also been filed by the first respondent. The suit is now posted for framing of issues and taking into consideration of the fact that the suit has been pending from the year 2015 and the petitioner being a senior citizen, the learned Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram is called upon to expedite the trial and complete the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
