O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Court Act, 1971, to punish the respondents for willful disobedience and violating the order of this Hon'ble High Court, dated 23.05.2018 in W.P. No.12794 of 2018 on the file of the Hon'ble this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that according to the order dated 03.03.2021 passed by this Court for fencing the properties of the Temple, the open tender was called on 30.07.2021 for fencing the temple properties which comes under control of HR & CE Department. During the Tender, one Mr.Manikandan S/o. Kannan (Proprietor of R.K. Construction) submitted his quotation for carrying out the aforesaid task and the same has been sent to the Joint Commissioner, HR & CE Department, for getting permission and take appropriate action on his quotation to execute contract on his favour.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that after getting the permission from the Joint Commissioner, HR & CE Department, work order will be placed for the successful tenderer in order to carry out the fencing work surrounding the properties belonged to the said Temple and the same will be finished on or before in the month of

4. Based on the aforesaid submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
