ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J) This Court, in continuation and conjuncture with the earlier orders dated 07.03.2019 and 25.03.2019, is passing the following order.

2. It is brought to the knowledge of this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the third respondent, that the detenue had got married the third respondent on 14.04.2019, as per Islamic rites in Muhaiadeen Andavar Pallivasal, Jamiya Masjid, Eravancheri & Post, Kodavasal Taluk, Thiruvarur District and the President of Jamiya Masjid had issued a marriage certificate dated 19.04.2019 to that effect. The same is taken on file and record.

3. In the light of the said developments, nothing remains for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
